Meet The Refuge Staff:
Meet Our Staff:
We are a multi cultural church that welcomes anyone and everyone regardless of their past into an atmosphere of acceptance, through innovative worship and methods, through practical teaching based on biblical values to meet the needs of people where they are. It’s our goal to encourage people to surrender their lives to Christ and grow in a relationship with Him while getting connected with other believers to love life. Refuge is a place of help, hope and healing.
The Phillips Family: Our senior pastor, Terrin Phillips, loves God, loves people and loves life. He has an incredible vision for the church and an undeniable passion to reach those who are far away from God and to help them grow in a real and authentic relationship with Him as well as with others while facing life’s tough issues. Terrin has a master’s degree in Missional Leadership. He is married to Tracie and together they have one son, Jordan and one daughter, Morgan. Terrin loves songwriting, football, skateboarding and anything that involves adrenaline. His greatest love, however, is spending time with his family and friends.
